Solution: We developed a improved and streamed line biosecurity management system that allows biosecurity office in Apia to collect and faciliate the data support and sync the realignment to the new database structure. The system includes automated reporting capabilities.

Challenge: Samoa continues to reduce its dependent of Fossil Fuels and adopting greener solutions for its Transport sector also comes with the challenge of having EV charging stations the the public can use come with the need for a Payment System Design
Solution: Through the support from SPREP and the Pacific NDC hub We world with Partners of the Ministry of National Resources and Enviroment to explore the views and understanding of various energy partners in this space in determing what would be a good national solution for the EVCSs in Samoa

Results: The Work showed that there is a huge potential for Samoa to take lead in the developmnent of various EV and EVCS Payment solution collaboration together with the long term development plan still on the way to reduce various Enviroment impacts to meet the NDC Targets for Samoa.
Challenge: Samoa had request for support on Digital financial Inclusion with the use of online Platform for Marketing local products through the support of UNWOMEN Samoa
Solution: We implemented and designed workshops around the use of QR code for Online advertisement lead generation and provided supporting Website for Digital product distribution online together with the technology required to create online content such as Laptops and Wifi routers

Results: We saw a 40% increase on online tool utilization from the market vendors from both Upolu and Savaii and 60% of market vendors are now looking at investing in Wifi and internet resources for the own operations
Challenge: Digital Transformation is key in this Digital Age and the Youth of Tomorrow need to be the innovators of the roles in future leaders
Solution: We are working with UNDP in Samoa and the Ministry of Education and Culture to coordinate and align Colleges and Schools in preparing the Tech leaders and Innovators of Tomorrow be solve community problems that they feel and see need support for the winder community in Remote Areas of Samoa

Challenge: The Faleula Bingo Group decided to get a Digital System for the Bingo Gaming Events and was looking for a Digital Consultant to assist with there support and we were greatful we got the opertunity to enhance their Gamer Experiance
Solution: We assisted in programming the whole system from scratch from the Electronics Setup to the Programming of the Computer systems and automation boxes that powered the whole systems. We also programmed the Game plays that were been used by the gaming hall during the weeks and months of game play.

Results: Increased game play transparancy by 80% using the new Digital System and also improved the operations of conducting the games by 120%, allowing those in the gaminig hall to get better results and gaming turnaround time.
Challenge: Many Community and Church groups in Samoa use raffel as a way to provide secure funding support for big projects and running such activities is not only huge but also very complex in terms of ensuring it transparent and safe
Solution: We had assisted many of these groups in using our Digital Raffel Roller System to make it easy and less prone to human area when the drawing the winners
